Faculty actions to perform prior to dropping or withdrawing a student:
- Communicate to the student why he/she is being dropped or withdrawn and any deadlines to stop this action, if necessary.
- Next, download the Grade Book

- Then download the Course Access Report
Links to an external site. for the student in this course.
- This Course Access Report report tells content, times viewed, times participated, and last viewed by the student.
- Finally, officially submit the drop or withdrawal via appropriate process.
