Publisher Content Tools

Some online classes use content and activities located outside of Canvas. Usually you will have access to these tools through your Canvas course.

👉If you have changed your default email in your Canvas profile to a personal email account, you may be denied access to the external tool. Changing your email back to your user@student.alamo.edu email usually solves the problem.

If your course uses one or more of these tools, your instructor will enable the needed tool in the Canvas tools menu and/or on a launch page within your course. Below are several examples. If your courses uses a publisher tool, it will probably be only one of these.
