AlamoExperience:  Student Organizations

ALAMOEXPERIENCE:

For the next task, you will be joining AlamoExperience.  This is the Clubs and Organizations platform for the Alamo Colleges.  This is the way you can keep up with activities and opportunities offered through different organizations on any Alamo Colleges campus to become involved and build your college resume and transcript.

Read the information below to learn how to access AlamoExperience.

Method 1: 

  1. Visit the AlamoExperience website:  https://alamo.campuslabs.com/engage/ Links to an external site.   (*If you are already signed into Aces you will also be signed into AlamoExperience).  When you first open AlamoExperience, there may be a survey of your information and interests.  

Method 2:

  1. Visit the NVC Campus Life website located at:  https://www.alamo.edu/nvc/experience-nvc/campus-life/
  2. Click on Student Life - Learn More
  3. Scroll Down to the Section "Get Involved!" and locate the Clubs and Organizations Link
  4. Click Alamo Experience or the Click Here button (*If you are already signed into Aces you will also be signed into AlamoExperience)
  5. To see Current Clubs, view the Organizations Tab. The link to join an organization is at the top right corner of the club or organizations webpage.
  6. Find clubs or organizations that interest you and Join/Request to Join them. They could be leadership programs, fun activities or professional organizations. 

Navigation:

  • Events Tab:  Find out what is happening on various campuses (*View a specific campus by changing the "Branches" drop-down box on the left)
  • Organizations Tab:  View or Search for Organizations on various campuses (*View a specific campus by changing the "Branches" drop-down box on the left)
  • News Tab:  View or Search for News on various campuses  (*View a specific campus by changing the "Branches" drop-down box on the left)

Change Profile Preferences (Select your Initials/Name and you can change Profile Options):

  • Profile (Demographics)
  • Contact Information
  • Privacy
  • Notifications
  • Interests
