Using Microsoft Office 365

 
Microsoft Office 365, regardless of which version it is, is Microsoft Cloud version of their Office software. All of the software, and your files, are maintained on their cloud server. You don't actually buy the software, like normal, you are subscribing to the Office program. In other words: it's subscription based.  Alamo Colleges provides every student, faculty, and staff access to Microsoft Office 365.  The following PDF file provides step-by-step instruction on how to gain access to the products and the purpose of each software package.
