Respondus & Canvas: Formatting Quiz Elements

Respondus will import multiple choice, true or false, essay, fill in blank (short answer), and multiple response questions. The terms “short answer” and “fill in blank” will be used interchangeably in the Respondus documentation.  The plain text, rich-text, or MS Word file must be organized in a “Standard Format” before it can be imported into Respondus.

The text document below contains an example test that can be used to work with Respondus.  It is already in the acceptable format to produce a quiz for Canvas.  Feel free to add it to Respondus and practice creating a test.
