Sync Your ACES Email to an IOS Mobile Device?

Process and navigation may vary depending on device and version of IOS

1. On your device… 
     Select: Settings, Mail, Contacts, Calendar

2. Tap Add Account…
     Tap: Exchange

3. Enter the following: l Type: ACES-ID@student.alamo.edu
     Enter: Password (NOT ACES Password)

4. How to find your personal password in ACES…
    Log into ACES account
        Click: Student Tab
        Click: Web Services
        Click: Personal Information
        Click: View Email Password

    Your email address will be in the format username@student.alamo.edu
    Description - How you want it to display on your device tap Next button.

5. In the Server field, enter outlook.office365.com

6. Leave domain blank

7. In the username field, enter your email address (ACES- ID@student.alamo.edu) and tap the NEXT button.

8. Select the features you would like to synchronize with your iOS device.
     Tap: Save
