How to Download Office365 to PC

The students of Alamo Colleges District are eligible to receive 5 free licenses to download Microsoft Office 365to 5 of their personal computers. To download Microsoft Office 365 to your computer:
1. Log in to ACES at https://aces.alamo.edu and go to:

2. Locate the Outlook logo in the top left corner of your email and click on the icon that displays 9 dots in theform of a square.

3. Select Office.

4. Click on the down arrow next to Install Office located at the top right of the screen.

5. Select Other Install Options.

6. Microsoft will take you to your account. Under the Office apps & devices section, click on Install Office.

7. Office will download the installation file to your computer. Double-click on the installation file to start theinstallation process. (Note: A User Account Control box will come up asking, “Do you want this software tomake changes to your computer?” Click on the Yes button to proceed with the installation.)
