How to Reset Your GoPrint Password
If you are a student and need to reset your Go Print Password, you must do one of the following:
- Call the St. Philip’s College ICT Help Desk at (210) 486-2777 to submit a Footprints Ticket.
OR
If you need your password reset immediately, you may do one of the following:
- Call the St. Philip’s College ICT Help Desk at (210) 486-2777. The Help Desk Specialist can contact the GoPrint Administrator for the school and they can reset your password.
- Go the Library Circulation Desk on the 2nd floor of the Center for Learning Resources Department and a representative will be able to help reset your password. (Note: Students will have to verify their account by showing their student ID. This is to prevent the unauthorized use of a student’s account.)
