The Canvas Help Desk can help with:
- Using the various tools in Canvas
- Course settings
- Importing content from other courses
- Troubleshooting problems (course not opening, link not working, quiz problems, assignment submissions, grading, etc.)
The Canvas Help Desk cannot help with:
- Student enrollments
- ACES login issues and passwords
- BioSig-ID passwords
- Publisher content and linked pages (Pearson, McGraw-Hill, My___Lab, etc.)
- AlamoEnroll
