Canvas Course Shell (Sandbox)

A sandbox is an empty course shell that with no student enrollments and is not live. A sandbox is a place to build, learn, collaborate, and innovate.

If you would like a Canvas shell (sandbox) created for you or your workgroup, please submit the Canvas Shell Creation Request Form

Once your shell is available, you will receive an email to your Alamo.edu account from Instructure. Please accept the invitation and favorite your sandbox on your Dashboard. Select the star icon to the left of any course to "Favorite" it for quick access.

Select Next below to proceed through the training.
