 Keys & Door Codes

 Please contact your Academic Area Administrative Support Specialist or Discipline Coordinator for assistance with:

• Obtaining a classroom key
• Obtaining a classroom or office door access code
• Assistance with completing a key request form

 Building Access

If you will need access to a locked building after regular work hours, you will need to have your ID badge configured by the Alamo Colleges police (DPS). Please complete the Building Access Form Links to an external site.

Submit the form to your Department Chair or Administrative Support Specialist in order to obtain Department Chair and Dean for Academic Success signatures. Then, the form is emailed to: Nancy Guevara: nguevara12@alamo.edu for further processing.
