For technical assistance with computers, projectors, or other technology in your classroom or office, please call 210-486-4777 for immediate assistance or complete an IT Footprints Service Request Links to an external site.. You can find the Footprints link in ACES - Employee tab, left column under IT Resources or right column near the bottom under FootPrints. Log in using your usual computer workstation username and password. 

To complete a Footprints Request, follow the steps in this guide: Submitting Service Requests Links to an external site.

There is also a Help tab in the upper right corner of FootPrints that links to several help guides and user videos. You may also refer to one of the guides within the following document: Footprints Help Guides Links to an external site..

For any of these resources, if you're prompted to log in, use your desktop credentials. If you're off-campus, include nvc\ before your user name.

AlamoPrint is NEW and allows faculty to print to this queue and release their print out at any copier on NVC campus.
