From Enrolling to Serving

Below is the model for Servingness Download Servingness on which the podcast conversations are based.  As you think about art, leadership, institution type, belonging, planning, structures, culture, curriculum, and all the other topics covered, think about where those concepts fall within this model.  Are NVC structures set up to serve our students?
